Where Is My Order?

We manufacture all of our products to order, this takes up to 3-5 days and we then ship the items.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you through a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can track your shipping below.


Shipping Time Frame & Costs Shipping is dependant on where you have ordered from. For Australian orders, customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-12 days. For international orders, customers can expect to receive their orders within 10-14 days.

Local Tax / VAT Notice

All prices listed on the site DO NOT include VAT or local country taxes.
Packages may sometimes be stopped by customs which will cause a delay in shipment and you will be required to pay the local tax/duty.
If this occurs the courier company will contact you on the phone/email you provide in your shipping information.
We do not pay local taxes for you if this occurs and if payment is refused the items will be destroyed with no refund given.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted? We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular bank account payments via PayPal or Stripe.


How Secure Is Revmafia? This store uses HTTPS and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal & Stripe are the safest ways to pay online, because credit card details are not saved or stored anywhere, and no one has access to your card number.


Returns & Exchanges Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
